No one, residents or visitors alike, should miss the opportunity to visit this excellent museum, based in Filey's oldest surviving building situated in Queen Street. The building is Grade 11 listed.
The museum opened in 1971 and had a complete refurbishment in 2000.
The museum opens around Easter time and closes at the end of October each year.
Hopefully, the following small selection of photographs gives a flavour of the quality of the museum.
